Kerr (1957) was appointed CEO in June 2011 after leaving the positions as deputy chairman of the Board of Directors of Sevan Drilling and CEO of Noreco, a publicly traded oil and gas company listed on Oslo Børs. He has considerable international experience within the oil and gas sector, such as being managing director of BP Norway and other positions in the CIS region, Asia and North-Africa with BP and ARCO. Kerr holds a degree in management from Thunderbird School of International Management in Geneva, Switzerland and a BSc in petroleum engineering from University of Wyoming, USA. USA. Wilmann (1961) held the position as Vice President Drilling in Sevan Marine (2009–2011) prior to assuming the position as CFO of Sevan Drilling.
He has previous experience as Head of Offshore Oil & Gas Financing in GE Capital (2002–2009), Senior VP Offshore Oil & Gas Financing in ABB Financial Services (1998–2002) and Deputy GM Corporate Division in DnB NOR (now DNB) in Oslo and Luxembourg (1985–1998). Wilmann holds a MBA from the Norwegian school of Economics and Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.Mr. Wilmann is a Norwegian citizen.

Cardarelli (1956) joined Sevan Drilling in 2013. He has 28 years of experience from the offshore industry in various operational and commercial management positions with Transocean and Odebrecht, and 3 years of experience from the onshore drilling operations with Enterpa Drilling. Mr. Cardarelli holds a BA in Metallurgical Engineering from UMC University, a MA in Drilling Engineering from IPT and a MBA in Oil Industry from COPPE-UFRJ. Mr. Cardarelli is a Brazilian citizen.

Busch (1961) has some 30 years of experience from the shipping and offshore industry and joined Sevan Drilling in 2011.
He has held various operational and management positions through his career, including Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) working for companies such as Pride International and Foramer. Busch holds a Nautical Science License from the Nautical College in Antwerpen, Belgium. Mr. Busch is a Belgian citizen.

Aspehaug (1970) joined Sevan Drilling in 2011. She has previous experience as Compensation and Benefits Manager in REC and has many years of HR experience from both Norske Skog and REC. Ms Aspehaug holds a BA in Economics from University College Cork, Ireland and in 2005 completed a Master of Management program in Human Recourse Management from BI, Oslo. Ms. Aspehaug is an Irish citizen.

Mr. Grimen is a Norwegian citizen.
